Here's a truly excellent alternative to instant coffee. A great product for hikers and campers, air travellers, hotel guests, or anyone who simply loves good coffee and appreciates convenience: drip bags. With these, you can brew a delicious, high-quality cup of coffee quickly and effortlessly. All you need is hot water, a mug, and a few minutes.
Each pack contains 5 individually wrapped drip bags of your chosen coffee:
- Siko - Ethiopia, washed
- Bombe - Ethiopia, anaerobic natural
How to brew:
- Open the packet and tear open the top of the drip bag inside
- Spread the bag open and hang it over your mug
- Boil the water to about 94C degree
- Pour water so that all coffee grounds are soaked (about 30g) and let it bloom for 15 seconds
- Pour water to the top of the drip bag and let it drain. Repeat once more.
- Let it drain and enjoy
Tips:
- Use a slightly larger mug or jug so the bottom of the bag doesn't sit in the coffee as it drains
- Add more or less water to adjust the strength to your taste
- Gently squeeze and shake the bag before pouring to even out the coffee bed
